Exclusive GrittyLeak - ”Game Over” by Ciecmate
Ciecmate’s new LP is shaping up to be a killer if this exclusive drop is anything to go by. Unfortunately we promised to not blast air raid sirens over it and yell “EXCLUSIVE” so you’ll just have to listen to it straight uncut (click the cover to listen).
“Game Over” is the albums title track and sees the Broken Tooth pioneer laying down some sharp bars about the path he has paved for himself over unnerving keys and understated drums. That second fucken verse gets smashed! It’s a banger and we’re keen as fuck to listen to the rest of the tracklist pronto.

GOLDEN ERA RECORDS CIPHER ON TRIPLE J HIP HOP SHOW
Holy H fuckin zombie Jesus! The Golden Era family just proved why they run Australian hip hop with a verbal smackdown on the airwaves. Briggs, Hoods, Funkoars and Vents took over the Triple J studios for tonights Hip Hop Show to promote their new mixtape and commenced to crack more jokes then a Richard Pryor and Gene Wilder movie, kept the unflappable Hau on his toes, announced that the Hoods aren’t retiring (yet) and then absolutely murked it with a cipher session that will destroy your speakers.
Check some of the technique by clicking the cover art above or download it HERE.
And if you haven’t downloaded the FREE Golden Era mixtape yet - what the hell are you waiting for? Shit is fire back to front. Cop it HERE.
Shouts to Renae Lisa for the audio.

Raven is one of the best lyricists in Australia. Full fucking stop.
I’ve been saying this since his debut “Humble Beginnings” dropped 2 years back, but some people wouldn’t listen. They missed him stomping all over Lost Soulz tracks. Couldn’t hear how the years of ciphers and countless live shows had refined an intricate and classic flow. Failed to recognise the honesty and integrity woven throughout every syllable in every bar.
Well you fucks have no more excuses, cause he is back with his second solo Ravenous 20Ten and it’s front-to-back timeless. Seriously. As evidence let us share his track “The Righteous and The Wretched” with Vents sharing mic duties and Geko slaying the boards with a brooding head-nodder.
You agree with us yet?

An Australian hip hop media empire conglomerate comin straight outta Melbourne who unleashes mighty healthy cans of verbal whoop arse, plays hopscotch with your mum and never sleeps, cause sleep is still the cousin of death. Oh and we drop magazines sometimes and other assorted hi-jinx.
Drop a question like it's hot!
